Broncos LB D.J. Williams Expected To Get Added Games In Suspension
Filed Under: , , , , , , ,
Posted By: SteveRobWhatever 2 Weeks Ago

Lindsay H. Jones from The Denver Post reports that LB D.J. Williams will have more games added to his 6 game suspension due to off-the-field issues.

Williams, who did not participate in any preseason games, is already serving a suspension of six games with TE Virgil Green (four games) for violating the league’s banned substance policy earlier this year. A recent DUI could force him to miss an additional two games, which would make him absent for half of the season.

Recent rumors suggest the Broncos could end up releasing Williams in the near future, but cap issues could impede that decision.
