Bengals C Kyle Cook Could Have Season-Ending Foot Injury
Filed Under: , , , , ,

Bengals center Kyle Cook missed recent practices following Green Bay's win over Cincinnati last Thursday. He reportedly visited with foot specialists on Monday afternoon. Local 12 Sports Director Brad Johansen tweets that Cook's season could be over:

"Bengals C Kyle Cook visited foot specialist. Not good. Sources tell me could be season ending. Know FA C Jeff Faine will visit tomorrow."

Center Jeff Faine, visiting with the Bengals on Tuesday, is a 31-year old veteran recently released by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played nearly every snap last season with Tampa Bay, generating a -0.1 pass blocking score, per Pro Football Focus, but a -11.2 in the running game.
