As reported yesterday, former Cal defensive end Andre Carter, who had 10 sacks last season for the Patriots, was back in for a second look.

The 302-pound Fluellen, a former Florida State player, was cut by the Lions near the end of training camp. His signing with Miami was confirmed on Twitter by his agent, Jerrold Colton.

The Broncos activated C.J Davis from the practice squad to the active roster, and added G/T Adam Grant to the practice squad to replace Davis.

| Posted: 16 Hours Ago 10:49 PM The New Orleans Saints signed cornerback Elbert Mack on Tuesday after waiving cornerback Jerome Murphy on Monday. The team also released wide receiver Adrian Arrington with an injury settlement after placing Arrington on injured reserve last week.
Mack signed with the Saints during the offseason and made it through the last set of training camp cuts. The Saints cut Mack, though, two days later after claiming Murphy off waivers from St. Louis.
