Ravens Rookie LB Nigel Carr Fined $15,750 For Hit On Lions QB | | Ravens rookie inside linebacker Nigel Carr has been fined $15,750 by the NFL, a punishment stemming from hitting the quarterback in the head-neck area against the Detroit Lions, according to NFL spokesman Greg Aiello.
Carr was penalized on the play for roughing the passer.
Meanwhile, veteran outside linebacker Paul Kruger wasn't fined for his late hit on Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford.
