Ryan Lilja Ends Retirement, Agrees To One-Year Deal With Broncos
Former NFL offensive lineman Ryan Lilja has ended his retirement and agreed to terms on a one-year deal with the Denver Broncos, the team announced.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Lilja retired after the 2012 season and underwent toe and knee surgeries this offseason.
The Broncos had been using Manny Ramirez at center since their regular starter Dan Koppen and backup J.D. Walton went down with injuries.
He has started 104 of 111 career games in his eight-year NFL career, including 12 games at center for the Chiefs last year.
