Texans TE Owen Daniels Misses Practice But Expected To Play
Texans tight end Owen Daniels was held out of practice Thursday after experiencing hamstring tightness coming out of the Minnesota game. But coach Gary Kubiak said he expects Daniels to play against the Colts Sunday, although he might be limited.
Backup cornerback Alan Ball, a key component of the Texans’ special teams who also has a hamstring issue, won’t be ready to go against the Colts but should be cleared for the playoffs.
Kubiak reiterated that Arian Foster is 100 percent despite having experienced a rapid-heart-beat episode against the Vikings that sent him to the sidelines after just 10 carries.
