Packers WR Jordy Nelson Unlikely To Play Week 14
Jordy Nelson's latest injury is likely to cost him more time on the bench.
Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy said Monday that Nelson's hamstring injury isn't serious, but he'll be "hard pressed" to play when the Packers face the Detroit Lions on Sunday, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
McCarthy said the wide receiver felt something in the leg during warmups and attempted to play through it before coming out of the game after a 10-yard reception in the first quarter. It is the same hamstring that cost him two games earlier in the season.
With Greg Jennings back in the lineup, the Packers can choose to play it safe with Nelson.
