Chiefs QB Brady Quinn Cleared To Play By Doctors
Chiefs quarterback Brady Quinn has been cleared to participate in game action after more neurological tests Thursday proved he isn't dealing with any side effects from his concussion, according to a team source.
Quinn will be the backup to starting quarterback Matt Cassel in the Chiefs' Week 11 game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Quinn has been out since sustaining a concussion in Week 8 against the Oakland Raiders. It was his second start after taking over the starting job from Cassel.
