Lions DBs Amari Spievey, Jacob Lacey Out With Concussions
The Detroit Lions could be without two of their top five defensive backs for Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks because of concussions.
Safety Amari Spievey did not practice today and won't play Sunday after suffering a head injury in Monday night's loss to the Chicago Bears. Spievey also suffered a concussion in January.
Cornerback Jacob Lacey missed the Bears game with a concussion he suffered Oct. 14 against the Philadelphia Eagles. Lacey, who has been in and out of the starting lineup this year, has not yet returned to practice.
