rumors I have heard have him going back to the NFL for two reasons.

1. He wants his NFL pension and can get it by working 2-3 more years.

2. He didn't get along with Dooley and the other offensive staff. In addition Dooley was disappointed in his recruiting efforts.


His replacement is likely going to be former Vols QB Tee Martin (Kentucky WR coach)

I think Dooley is deflecting the focus off of himself with this "move".

Tee Martin? Wow....The Vols are raiding Kentucky's coaching cabinet. I get Tee martin is alum but good Lord.
