Cowboys Stadium has put together another intriguing early-season college football matchup. The Dallas Cowboys announced this afternoon that Alabama and Michigan will play Sept. 1, 2012, in the Cowboys Stadium Classic in prime time. It will be the fourth time the schools have played one another and the first time in the regular season. LSU and Oregon will meet in the 2011 kickoff classic at the stadium on Labor Day weekend. TCU and Oregon State played in the game last month in Arlington, Texas.
