Tennessee LB Nick Reveiz: RB Bryce Brown Would Be Welcomed Back

If running back Bryce Brown chose to return to Tennessee, senior linebacker Nick Reveiz said he thought the team would welcome him back with open arms.

Brown, who backed up Montario Hardesty last season as a freshman, didn't take part in spring practice under new UT coach Derek Dooley and is expected to transfer. But there has been no closure.

"I was wondering about that yesterday," Reveiz said Friday. "I tried to call him when I found out he was leaving, but I couldn't get in contact with him.

"I've heard whispers that maybe he would come back. I don't know where his mind is at. But if he wanted to come back, we would have open arms."

Kid just worry about the players that have shown up for the team, not the prima donnas that don't.

Why would you want to support a player that wanted to leave your program?

Their RB situation must be in really bad shape.

Still, if it was me, I'd be saying let him leave. He doesn't want to be a part of this team, we don't want him as part of this team.

I'd keep him. If he comes back it shows he wants to be part fo the the team, its not that unsurprising that a highly rated sophmore debates moving after the guys who got him leave town. And hes the most talented RB we have, we just need to tap into it more and hopefully his hip injury will be left.

Its stupid to say no to a talented RB (just ask USC) especially with the talent level Tennessee has

Not if that talented RB is a disruption in the locker room.
