The San Diego Chargers have signed offensive tackle Cordell Bell to a three-year contract. Bell is an undrafted rookie free agent from Minnesota State-Mankato. The Chargers have removed offensive tackle Tra Thomas from the reserve/retired list. The team released wide receiver Paul Cox, an undrafted rookie from Mississippi Valley State.
