Steelers SS Ryan Clark Hospitalized After Win Over Browns
by 86WARD 12-30-2012, 10:15 PM

Pittsburgh Steelers safety Ryan Clark wrote on Twitter that he is currently in a Pittsburgh area hospital following the 24-10 win Sunday over the Cleveland Browns. "Figures I's put myself in the hospital after the last game," wrote Clark on his Twitter feed. Clark also added a picture of himself from the legs down in a hospital gown. The Steelers safety did not mentioned why he was hospitalized so we can only guess that it might be for a concussion or an injury to his shoulder. Head coach Mike Tomlin did not mention Clark as one of the injured players during his post game press conference.

Love this quote at the end:

Quote:
Clark said he was stepped on, the blow perhaps rupturing a vein in his thigh. "I don't even know how it happened. It swelled up right away. They tell me if it keeps hardening, they'll have to slice it open." Clark said the injury happened in the first half. "I probably should have come out right then. But who does that?"
