Eagles DE Jason Babin Out For 2-3 Weeks

The Philadelphia Eagles could be without defensive end Jason Babin for the remainder of training camp. The team’s top pass rusher underwent an MRI on his calf muscle and it revealed a second-degree strain, according to Reuben Frank of Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia. What’s a second-degree strain mean? Babin will be sidelined two to three weeks. That means he’ll be back in plenty of time for the season opener but the Eagles will likely be cautious with him because they will not want him to re-injure his leg and then jeopardize real games in September.
