Eagles WR Ron Johnson Suffers A 'Gruesome' Leg Injury In Practice
Eagles WR Ronald Johnson was carted off the practice field with a "gruesome" leg injury Monday. Impacts: Per beat writer Jeff McLane, Johnson's ankle could be heard "cracking" from the sideline. We typically wait for more details before reporting on training camp injuries, but it doesn't sound like there's any chance Johnson's injury isn't severe. The 2011 sixth-round pick is almost certainly headed to injured reserve.
