| Charges Dropped Against Eagles RB Dion Lewis
The Philadelphia Daily News reported Monday that Eagles running back Dion Lewis will not face charges in connection with his arrest for allegedly pulling a fire alarm outside an upstate New York hotel last month. Both men were charged with falsely reporting an incident (a Class E felony) and reckless endangerment of property (a Class B misdemeanor). Their hearing was pushed back to this week to give Albany's newly designated attorney time to catch up on the case. The DA concluded there was "no evidence a fire alarm was ever pulled." Lewis heads to Eagles training camp Wednesday, where he's currently in line to serve as LeSean McCoy's primary backup. Source: CBS Sports |
