| Raiders To Workout Free Agent FB Owen Schmitt
The Oakland Raiders have a workout scheduled with free agent fullback Owen Schmitt this week, according to Philadelphia wide receiver Chad Hall, his former teammate. “Good luck to my boy and a great friend Owen Schmitt with his tryout in Oakland w the Raiders this week,” Hall tweeted. “Win a job brotha!” Schmitt played his first two NFL seasons with Seattle, which drafted him in the fifth round in 2008, and his past two with Philadelphia.
