Who Are The Essential Players in the NFC NORTH ?

The OTAs are complete, each team still has some injuries lingering from 2011, the rookies are either in camp or the contracts are being negotiated and then there's the new faces in new places guys...which brings up the question:

In the NFC North, what 3-4 players (per team) do you think are essential to each teams success in 2012?

These players could be guys returning from injury, could be a newly signed veteran, could be a rookie, could be a comeback player...

Discuss...

i could name a few but for me the number one guy is James Starks. go look up ahman greens records in the early 2000's there might not be a rusher to match his production any time soon. starks needs to stay healthy and if he can at least combo with another running back or two to get over 1500 yards rushing or apy then bingo success. if injuries stop him from playing and the pack stick with "those other rb's" its going to make rodgers prove himself once again as an mvp in 2012.

Marshel newhouse as LT can improve and could be the guy for protection for years to come

Cobb is the x factor, can anyone else see him getting single coverage with jennings, driver, jones, nelson and crew on the field and the quick wild cat scoring 8+ tds? i can
