There are many that are on the griddle. Andy Reid is the coach with the biggest bullseye on him. They needed a hot finish to get to .500 last year. With a team as loaded as they are, that would be unacceptable. However, I don't think he's Super Bowl or bust. He needs to get in the playoffs and win a game or two at least.

As for most pressure? I'd say if you are a Dallas coach with that collection of talent and you aren't winning a Super Bowl you are probably on some prescription meds to cope. Jason Garrett has no more excuses. Another coach treading close to Super Bowl-or-bust is Rex Ryan. He's got nobody to blame but himself for that. His false bravado is his undoing.

I tend to agree with you there Steve. Reid has pressure on him to win the division, win a couple playoff games. I think if he does either of those, he may be around in 2013...a season like last year, and he's not with the Eagles any longer. As for ending "hot," I don't take a lot of stock in that "Hot Streak." Dolphins, Jets, Cowboys, Redskins...all sub par teams at that point in the season...

I like Jason Garrett as having a ton of pressure on him to win. As for Ryan, that's pretty much self inflicted pressure because of his big mouth...

There are many hot seat coaches like Norv Turner (how did he get his job back?) and Pat Shurmur. But in now way are they in a 'win Super bowl or bust' mode.
