What i'm looking for in this game is to see what pride that this Bears team still has now that the playoffs are realistically out of reach.

After that lackluster performance last week, we gonna make a statement and secure home field for the playoffs

let's say the bears also lose next weekend at minnesota since they are playing so badly. would ending the season on a 6-game losing streak get lovie fired or is it excusable with cutler and forte out?

IF the Bears fire Lovie because of this I would say its a stupid decision, Lovie has had nothing but success in Chicago, losing your two best offensive weapons is of course going to make your team worse. As soon as Forte went down I knew the Bears were done.

Even if the Bears get murdered in this game, Lovie Smith is not going anywhere. He's got two years left on his contract and the McCaskeys will not eat those final two years, especially with the money he's making these days. Whenever I hear the players talk about Lovie Smith, they seem to like him. I'd be shocked if Lovie was fired before 2013.
