the one thing that really pissed me off through this whole thing was drew rosencunt on MNF going on & on about the fact that sean taylor was "his client" and how this situation brought up memories of 'his client" being killed and how he was on the field when the redskins inducted "his client" into their ring of fame and how he cared so deeply for "his client".

Here's why I don't think Plax should get 3 1/2 years: we all know he's a bonehead. A total idiot SOB. But if it were any other dude, the DA and the defense attorney and the judge would try to work out a deal. He never intended to shoot anybody, and he did something really, really stupid. I'd recommend 6 months to a year of jailtime and community service and a fine or something. It's not like he walked into a jewelry shop with his hand on the gun in his jacket, but was stopped by security before any damage was done. The mayor wants him to be treated like any other criminal. But that doesn't mean he'd get the full sentence. But it looks like that will end up happening now.

Anyone breaking that law should be given 3 1/2 years, it is were anyone else they would be looking at 3 1/2 too, doesn't matter that he didn't rob someone, the fact that he felt the need to take a loaded handgun that wasn't even registered into a strip club or any club for that matter knowing that the city has an ordinance making it illegal then not know how to even handle it shoots himself is proof he's a moron, and you're right he did something really stupid that put other innocent people at risk.
