Avery's night ended quickly. He left early in the second quarter with a sprained right knee and did not return. Avery had one catch for seven yards before the injury.
"I think it's minor, but we'll check (Friday)," Linehan said. "He's had a similar sprain before, and he's a young guy, should bounce back quickly from it. He was moving around on the sideline. The doctor felt it was very stable and everything."
