Andrews Back On The Practice Field

Pro Bowl guard Shawn Andrews participated in practice Saturday, his first practice since revealing he has been diagnosed with depression.
Andrews missed the second week of Organized Team Activities (OTAs) in June and all of training camp with what was officially categorized as an unexcused absence. He returned to the team last week.

"We'll see how he does this week," Reid said. "We'll get a support crew around him. He worked out (Friday) with (offensive line coach) Juan (Castillo) and we'll see how he does today."
Check back for mMore from Andrews later, as he meets with the media after practice.

Really glad to see him back hopefully he gets time vs the pats next week.

Andrews said he checked message boards and read comments about him. I hope he dident come here cause when i dident know why he was out i called him fat lol.

it was great to hear that the fans really gave him encouraging words at the carnivale sunday. he said it meant the world to get that kind of reception from the fanbase.
