Jets Sign Former Raiders RB Mike Goodson

A person with knowledge of the situation confirmed the Jets signed former Oakland Raiders running back Mike Goodson to a three-year, $6.9 million deal, Conor Orr of the Newark Star-Ledger reports. The person requested anonymity because the Jets have yet to make the move official.

Goodson, 25, is a four-year veteran out of Texas A&M with stints in both Carolina and Oakland. Last year with the Raiders, Goodson gained 221 yards on 35 carries as well as 195 receiving yards and a touchdown.
