Jets WR Santonio Holmes May Have A Broken Rib
The New York Jets seem to be in the news every day, whether it is good or bad. Head coach Rex Ryan says that wide receiver Santonio Holmes may have a broken rib, reports ESPN.com. There is no word on how Holmes got injured and if he will miss anytime for training camp. Holmes, who will be entering his third season with the Jets, caught 51 passes and eight touchdowns last season. He had 654 yards and a 12.8 yards per reception average, both career lows. ESPN's Rich Cimini reported on Twitter: "Santonio Holmes may have broken rib, per Rex Ryan."
