I have no faith in the coaches poll. No accountability in that one. Hell, some coaches have their staff do it for them.

Bama/Florida next weekend will be a great game. Brantley will start and do a good enough job to lead the Gators down the field, but.....Trey Burton will get the ball inside the 20. And (mark the tape) Burton will win the Heisman in 2 years.

Bama/Florida will be a great game. Florida has a lot to prove, plus with the SEC championship loss still burning in their minds. The only downfall for them, is the game is in Tuscaloosa - and everyone already saw Bama storm back on the road. Both teams can find ways to win, going to be another stressful day for me. lol

Watch out for Nevada in the top 25. The rest of there schedule is pretty winnable up to Boise State, who they get at home. Ask Cal how tough that is.

N.C. State is back in The Associated Press weekly college football poll for the first time since the Philip Rivers era.After its 45-28 win at Georgia Tech on Saturday, the 4-0 Wolfpack has moved into the No. 23 slot.N.C. State last appeared in the AP rankings in 2003, Rivers' final season.


on a side note:The ACC has only one other ranked team - Miami at No. 16 after its Thursday night win at Pittsburgh
