| Cardinals Free Agent CB Richard Marshall To Visit The Dolphins
Cardinals free agent cornerback Richard Marshall announced on Twitter tonight that he is coming to Miami for a visit. He would fill the Dolphins’ need of a Nickel cornerback after Will Allen became a free agent on Tuesday. Marshall, 27, was the Panthers’ second-round pick in 2006 and has 17 interceptions in six seasons with Carolina and Arizona. Allen had a decent season in 2011, but is 34 years old and missed the two previous seasons with knee injuries. According to reports out of Phoenix, the Cardinals would still like to re-sign Marshall, who also had 69 tackles, two sacks and 11 passes defended in 2011. Source: Palm Beach Post |
