Don't include Jake Delhomme among those who've given up on Dwayne Jarrett becoming a big-time contributor for the Carolina Panthers. Delhomme still believes it's not too late for Jarrett to emerge as a top-notch wide receiver, even though Jarrett has only 16 receptions in his first two seasons in the league. "We're waiting on Dwayne. He can truly help us and I expect him to help us," Delhomme said. Jarrett is still behind Muhsin Muhammad on the team's depth chart, but clearly the team feels it's time for him to step up and deliver.
