Giants DT Fred Robbins Has Microfracture Surgery

Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News reports Giants DT Fred Robbins underwent microfracture surgery on his knee during the offseason. Robbins said on his blog that he is getting better and making sure he is healthy for training camp. However, he may not be ready for training camp since the recovery time for microfracture surgery is about four to six months.
