In the wake of the San Francisco 49ers finalizing a pair of four-year rookie contracts this week with linebacker Scott McKillop and defensive lineman Ricky Jean-Francois, Matt Maiocco of the Santa Rosa-Press Democrat is reporting the signing bonus figures for both deals. A fifth round selection from the University of Pittsburgh, McKillop reportedly received a $192,250 signing bonus. And Francois, a seventh round pick from LSU, was given a $42,000 signing bonus.

Ricky-Jean Francois is such a waste of talent

The 49ers may have gotten an absoulte steal but its more likely they got a lazy fatass nobody

McKillop for less then 200k signing bonus is nice for them. I dont know averages for 5th round talent so dont know if this is low or high, but I do think McKillop will be a good NFL player for years to come. A steal in my mind for the 5th round
