Ex-Bills DE Bruce Smith Charged With DUI

Police in Virginia Beach have charged NFL Hall of Fame selectee and Norfolk native Bruce Smith with driving under the influence. Smith was arrested early Friday morning on Interstate 264 near Independence Boulevard, said police spokesman Jimmy Barnes. Friday was the third time Smith has been arrested for driving under the influence.
