[Jaguars] Jaguars Owner Insists The Team Is Not For Sale

For years, rumors have circulated that the Jacksonville Jaguars are for sale. For years, owner Wayne Weaver has denied them. “At some point, do I have to have an exit strategy? Absolutely,” Weaver told the Associated Press. ”But I’m a healthy 74 and I expect to be around here for a number of years yet, and the team is not for sale.” Weaver also said that the team won’t again attempt to improve the team via the acquisition of high-priced free agents.
