 [Chargers] Chargers QB Philip Rivers Set For Huge Extension? San Diego's Philip Rivers could beat him Eli Manning of the New York Giants as the next NFL quarterback to make $100 million. Like Manning, Rivers also has one year remaining on his current contract and is part of the heralded QB class of 2004 that also includes Ben Roethlisberger, who signed an eight-year, $102 million deal that included $36 million guaranteed last offseason. Manning and Roethlisberger have Super Bowl victories, but Rivers does not but no one can make the argument that Manning or Roethlisberger is any better than Rivers. Source: NFL.com

 I don't know if it will be as big as Ben's and I really doubt it, if not good for them!

| Ben and Manning won Super Bowls, so that should factor in. I think Rivers deserves to cash in as well.
