[Jaguars] Jaguars Promote Four In The Player Personnel Department

The Jaguars promoted Gene Smith to General Manager/Senior Vice President, Player Personnel in one of four changes made within the player personnel department on Monday. Smith, 45, is in his 15th year with the organization and was promoted to Vice President at the end of the 2008 season. In the three other promotions Terry McDonough was named Director, Player Personnel, Tim Mingey was named Assistant Director, College Personnel, and Andy Dengler was named National Scout.
