[Vikings] Vikings RB Adrian Peterson Sat Out Of Practice Wednesday

RB Adrian Peterson was rested today and did not participate in practice. Peterson was banged up against Chicago on Sunday and limped off the field. It wouldn't be surprising if the Vikings rest Peterson from time to time as the season progresses to help keep him fresh.
