[Browns] Browns QB Brady Quinn Had Successful Surgery On Finger

Brady Quinn had successful surgery in Alabama Wednesday on his injured right index finger. Quinn, who was placed on injured-reserve last week, spoke late Wednesday afternoon by phone to Cleveland reporters about the surgery. "(From) what I understand the basic procedure was that they put a couple of pins into the finger just to make sure it's well-set, so the bones can heal properly and then they moved the one piece of bone that had broken off back down to the spot as well," he said. "Just to reassure the fact that it will heal smoothly and I'll have full function of it again."
