[Cardinals] Cardinals Release P Dirk Johnson, Sign P Ben Graham

The Arizona Cardinals on Monday released punter Dirk Johnson. To replace Johnson, the Cardinals signed punter Ben Graham, who will be joining his third team this season. The former Australian rules football player was with the New York Jets for four games and the New Orleans Saints for another contest.
