[Browns] Browns QB Derek Anderson Underwent An MRI On Monday

Browns QB Derek Anderson will sit out at least Sunday's game in Tennessee with his left knee injury and could be lost for the season, coach Romeo Crennel said Monday. Anderson suffered the injury when he was sacked near the end of the Browns loss to Indianapolis on Sunday at Cleveland Browns Stadium. Anderson underwent an MRI Monday, but results were not available.
