Rams [Rams] Rams RB Steven Jackson Denies Being 'Gassed' Yesterday
Rams RB Steven Jackson only received one rushing attempt in the fourth quarter of Sunday's loss to Miami as coach Jim Haslett felt he was "gassed," but Jackson insists he was not tired. Jackson said, "No, I wasn't gassed. I had 21 carries and felt great. So, it wasn't me and my conditioning. I wish Haslett would stop saying that." Haslett believes his conditioning was compromised by his lengthy holdout.
