Packers [Packers] Packers RB Ryan Grant Suffered A Thumb Injury

Packers head coach Mike McCarthy confirms that running back Ryan Grant injured his hand in the second quarter of the Week 13 loss to the Panthers. Grant did not return. "He had a thumb injury. I just felt that he was having trouble with the ball carriage. That's why we did not go with him in the second half," McCarthy said after the game. There is no word yet if the injury will force Grant to miss any playing time.
