[Broncos] Broncos Promote SS Josh Barrett, Waive RB Alex Hayes

The Denver Broncos waived running back Alex Haynes and elevated rookie safety Josh Barrett from their practice squad on Saturday. Barrett played at Arizona State and was picked in the seventh round of this year’s draft. He ranked fourth with 11 tackles and two special teams stops in four preseason games for Denver.
