Chiefs [Chiefs] Chiefs To Get Rookie CB Brandon Flowers Back
One of the Chiefs’ most promising young defenders will return to the starting lineup Sunday after missing the last two games. Rookie cornerback Brandon Flowers, a second-round pick, said Friday that his injured hamstring has healed and that he didn’t think he had lost a step. “I think I’m back where I was before I left off,” he said. Flowers returned to practice last week, albeit in a limited role, after injuring the hamstring in the Chiefs’ loss against Tampa Bay three weeks ago.
