[Bills] Bills Placed LB Marcus Buggs On IR

With the defensive secondary hobbled for this week's game, the Bills promoted CB Dustin Fox from the practice squad to the 53-man roster today. Fox, an Ohio State product, spent eight weeks on the Bills' practice squad last year before being promoted to the active roster for the final six weeks of the season. To make room for Fox, the Bills put rookie linebacker Marcus Buggs on the injured reserve list because of a high ankle sprain.
