[Buccaneers] Bucs WR Joey Galloway Had A Broken Foot

Buccaneers WR Joey Galloway has missed five games this season due to a broken foot, and not a foot sprain as reported by the Buccaneers at the time. Galloway admitted Thursday his foot was broken in Week 2 against the Falcons, and the club did not want that information public because they wanted other teams to prepare for him. When asked Thursday if Galloway’s injury was more serious than he portrayed at the time, Gruden said, “It was a six-week injury. I don’t know how you portray anything. It was a six-week injury. I’ll let (Galloway) answer those questions. All I know is we play Detroit Sunday,” Gruden said as he ended the news conference.
