| Texans QB Matt Schaub took 15-20 minutes of drop steps during practice and made some throws today for the first time since injuring his knee. I was watching him from afar, head coach Gary Kubiak said. He was two fields over, but from here he looked like he took a step forward." He was gingerly dropping and just trying to get back in the flow of planting his feet and making a throw. Schaub is still a couple of weeks away from returning to action and is still in danger of being shut down for the year if he has any setbacks. Source: HoustonTexans.com
