[Ravens] Ravens Re-Sign OT Chad Slaughter

The Baltimore Ravens have re-signed OT Chad Slaughter. Slaughter was cut from the Ravens during training camp. With the injury to Jared Gaither, the Ravens are concerned with their situation at the Tackle position.
