[Falcons] Falcons Cut DE Brandon Miller, Sign WR Eric Weems

The Falcons waived defensive end Brandon Miller, a former University of Georgia player, today. The team signed wide receiver Eric Weems from the practice squad to the active roster. Weems (5-foot-9, 191 pounds) has been on the practice squad all season.
