[Jets] Jets Don't Feel Abram Elam Is The Long-Term Answer At Safety

Despite S Abram Elam’s 92-yard interception return for a touchdown in the Jets’ Week Nine victory over the Bills, the club isn’t convinced that the fill-in starter for concussed S Eric Smith is a viable long-term option at the position. He’s more of an energetic, in-the-box type of guy than a classic, instinctual center fielder.
