[Raiders] Raiders QB JaMarcus Russell Has Knee Tendinitis

Oakland Raiders quarterback JaMarcus Russell didn’t finish practice with right knee tendonitis and was seen at the facility with his knee wrapped. Cable said sitting him toward the end of practice was precautionary. Quarterback Andrew Walter (calf) also was limited, but he finished up for Russell.
